MEET JESSE SPROLE
Chicagoland Piano Teacher
Located in Niles, IL
I am a friendly and energetic teacher who has the training and experience to help you or your children succeed at the piano. My goal is to help you enjoy making music.
I have fifteen years of teaching experience in American colleges, hold a bachelor's in piano performance and pedagogy, and a master's in performance. During my time teaching I have enjoyed working with students of all ages, from beginners to dedicated musicians auditioning for top conservatories and competitions.
Important COVID-19 Update
Due to the seriousness of the COVID-19 pandemic, I have instituted several policies in order to protect us all and help limit the spread of the infection. These policies include disinfecting the piano between each student, wearing face masks during in-person lessons, and requiring each student to wash their hands upon entering the studio. I am also now offering remote Zoom lessons. Thanks for your cooperation!
Virtual lessons via Zoom
We have all been adapting to the challenges of COVID-19, and now more than ever can benefit from the healing power of music. As a result, I am happy to offer lessons through Zoom.

Appropriate lesson length is related to student age and experience level, and will be discussed and agreed upon over the first few lessons.
I met Jesse when I was a freshman at Hamilton College. His passion, skills and knowledge of classical piano and strong sense of dedication to his students were evident from the get-go and definitely elicited a strong sense of curiosity from my end. I certainly “worked” hard while studying with Jesse but honestly it didn’t really feel like work at the time because Jesse’s passion was very inspirational and made me realize that everything was worth it.
Jesse has had a huge impact on my life. His influence on my development and growth as a person goes far beyond the realm of music and I am sincerely thankful.
